The breakfast had plenty of great options, and the location around here is wonderful with "Pie" pizza restaurant, other dining spots, shopping, and Tim Hortons nearby.

Very comfortable motel at the location we wanted. Also good value for the price. Enjoyed very much.

The only thing was the location and the night I stayed it was quiet. The bed was very hard so hard that I woke up with my bones aching.Very small room, so small that I had to turn sideways to walk between the bed and the tv console to get to the bathroom. Furniture very old and scratched up. Bathtub full of hair. Due to this I did not sleep in the bed but on top of it which was probably just as bad. Poor job on vacumming, crumbs around the baseboards which were very noticeable and should have been noticed. I had booked for 2 nights but left at 7 pm the second night and drove home thro the night even tho I was tired. I just couldnt spend another night. I would not reccomend this motel to anyone.

I had a confirmation for a Queen=smoking room but when I got there it was not available. Also I was not given a receipt.

The staff here is extremely friendly and welcoming.

Such a really comfortable stay on the Canada Day long weekend. Fairly quiet units with quiet heating, 2 double beds, microwave. Easy check-in, parking outside. Everything great. Great and beautiful location to a Roman Catholic church.

Welcome from staff and ease of registering and paying started this booking off on the right foot! The room was clean and had full cable service, a fridge and a microwave and kettle. I was on the main floor and able to park just outside my room. Terrific for my 2 day business trip to the area. I received excellent directions to local attractions and a map for reference. All of this was combined with an excellent price that allowed me to feel that I got full value for my money. That is so important to a small business. I would definitely stay there again

This place is in a great spot right next to downtown, restaurants, the waterfront, and a park, and it's just a short walk to the lake.

The rooms were very clean and a good value.

It was good for an over night stay.

The room was okay but cold. I was prebooked with 1 queen size bed, smoking. Upon arrival, there was only 1 room with 2 single beds which was alright as it did provide an extra comforter to use for warmth. There was no actual blanket just the comforter and bed sheets

On my second visit, our stay was cozy. 🏨 the queen room we booked was nicely redone and clean. Most things were great, but some of the staff members were a bit rude.

Perfect to get to, on the main road but not as loud as expected. Friendly reception, WiFi-code promptly offered. Clean room, beds ok.

Midland's not the place for a romantic holiday, but if you have to be there, this hotel is really ok!

The front desk staff very friendly, gave me a map of Midland and area, explained where the beaches and other landmarks were, let me know that if I had any questions to not hesitate to ask. The room was adequate, simple, clean and affordable. Even though I was staying for more than a night, room service for cleaning was there and there was follow up to ensure this. I would stay there again on a future trip.

Units have quiet heating and the location is excellent, close to the waterfront in a peaceful area.

This hotel was located in a very central area near northern ontario and park and water. It also was close to shops and restaurants.

Simple, but good for the rates.
